The 2016 Hyland Riesling is a complex, acid-driven treat. It's beginning to flaunt the flinty, matchbox armoas that we love in a good riesling. Those smells blend together with typical lemon-lime, citrusy notes combined with lush white peach and pineapple flavors. It has a weight and minerality behind it that lingers in the finish. Fun and playful in its youth, this will continue to add layers of complexity with each year it's laid down.
