Our Winemakers have long believed that Hyland, with it's windy, high elevation cool climate & volcanic soils, would make an excellent site for sparkling wines.  This traditional method, single-vineyard, vintage brut proves their hunch!  Doughy, citrusy aromas give way to stone fruit, minerality, and pear on the palate, all delivered with a soft creamy mousse.
