Fall Wine Club Release Party

Join us for a curated flight of our Fall club releases: 2024 Gewürztraminer, 2023 Coury Pinot Noir, 2023 Founders Selection, and 2023 Estate Chardonnay, plus a few gems from the Hyland library.
Our longtime collaborator (and club favorite), Chef Paul Stanislaw, will be cooking up his own flight of elevated chicken wings in a variety of flavors and themes, along with tasty vegetarian options. Think game-day classics reimagined in true Hyland style — the perfect match for an afternoon of wine, food, and a little friendly fall rivalry in the air.

Hyland Estates Harvest Dinner

Hyland invites you to an intimate Harvest Dinner featuring five courses created in collaboration with Chef Paul Stanislaw, each designed to illuminate the character of Hyland’s wines. Rare selections from our cellar library will be poured alongside seasonal dishes, each course crafted to both honor and heighten the wine in the glass.
The evening draws inspiration from the season itself. In the misted coastal hills, autumn reveals its treasures; dark clusters of Pinot and the fleeting delicacies of wild mushrooms, freshly foraged and woven into every dish. Together, the wines and flavors of the forest create an immersive journey into the soul of the Pacific Northwest.
